1. Our Commitment to Careful Delivery

Every abaya we craft carries a piece of our soul — and we want it to arrive at your door the very same way. At Al Aneeza Abaya Store, we do not simply ship parcels; we send an experience. Each order is carefully folded, wrapped with the attention it deserves, and dispatched through trusted courier partners who share our commitment to reliability.

This Shipping Policy explains everything you need to know about how we process, pack, and deliver your orders — whether you are shopping from Lahore or London, Karachi or Kuwait. We have written it to be clear and straightforward, so you always know exactly what to expect.

2. Order Processing

Before your order begins its journey to you, our team carefully prepares it through a quality-checked packing process.

 Processing Timeframe

       All orders are processed within 1–3 business days of payment confirmation.

       Business days are Monday through Saturday, excluding Pakistani public holidays.

       Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays are queued for the next working day.

       During peak seasons — such as Eid, Ramadan, and sale events — processing may take up to 5 business days. We will always communicate any delays proactively.

What Happens After You Order

Once you complete your purchase, here is what takes place behind the scenes:

1.     Order Confirmation

You will receive an automated confirmation email with your order summary and a unique order number. Please check your spam or promotions folder if it does not appear within a few minutes.

2.    Quality Inspection

Our team inspects every piece before packing — checking for any quality concerns so that what reaches you is exactly what you deserve.

3.     Careful Packaging

Your abaya is gently folded, tissue-wrapped, and placed in our branded packaging. We take pride in the unboxing experience as much as the garment itself.

4.    Handover to Courier

Your parcel is handed to our courier partner. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number as soon as it is dispatched.

Please ensure your delivery address and contact number are accurate at checkout. We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery caused by incorrect information provided by the customer.

Delivery estimates begin from the date of dispatch, not the date of purchase. All timeframes are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, customs processing, or peak season volumes.

4. Domestic Shipping — Within Pakistan

For our valued customers across Pakistan, we work with leading national courier services to ensure fast, reliable, and trackable deliveries — whether you are in a major city or a smaller town.

 Free Shipping Offer

We are delighted to offer free standard shipping on all domestic orders above PKR 3,000. Orders below this threshold are subject to a flat shipping fee, which is displayed clearly at checkout before payment.

 Remote Areas

Deliveries to certain remote or rural areas of Pakistan may take longer and may incur a slightly higher shipping charge. If your area falls into this category, you will be notified at checkout. Our team will also reach out if we foresee any significant delay.

 Cash on Delivery (COD)

We offer Cash on Delivery for selected cities across Pakistan. COD availability and applicable charges are confirmed at checkout. Please note that COD orders may take an additional 1–2 business days to process as we verify availability.

       COD orders must be confirmed by phone or WhatsApp before dispatch.

       Refusing a COD delivery without prior notice may result in the COD option being disabled for future orders from the same address.

       Partial payments or post-delivery negotiations are not accepted.

5. International Shipping

We ship our abayas to customers across the globe, because modest fashion knows no borders. International orders are dispatched via trusted express courier partners and include end-to-end tracking.

 Shipping Costs for International Orders

International shipping rates are calculated based on your delivery location, package weight, and the shipping method selected. The exact cost will be shown at checkout before you confirm your order — no hidden fees, ever.

 Customs, Duties & Import Taxes

International shipments may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, and local handling fees levied by your country's authorities. These charges are entirely outside our control and are the sole responsibility of the customer.

       We are not able to predict or advise on the exact customs charges applicable in your country.

       We recommend checking with your local customs authority before placing an order.

       Customs fees are not included in our product or shipping prices.

       Delays caused by customs clearance are beyond our control and not grounds for a refund of shipping charges.

 Restricted Destinations

There are certain countries to which we are currently unable to ship due to logistics limitations or import restrictions. If your country is not listed at checkout, please contact us and we will do our best to find a solution for you.

6. Order Tracking

We understand how exciting it is to wait for your new abaya, and we want you to follow its journey every step of the way.

       Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a direct link to track your parcel.

       Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to update after dispatch as the courier system registers your parcel.

       You can also log into your Al Aneeza account and visit "My Orders" to see live tracking updates.

       For international orders, tracking visibility may vary depending on the destination country's postal or courier infrastructure.

If your tracking link shows no movement for more than 5 business days (domestic) or 10 business days (international), please contact our customer care team and we will investigate on your behalf immediately.

7. Packaging — The Al Aneeza Experience

We believe that the moment you open your parcel should feel just as special as the moment you first discovered us. That is why every Al Aneeza order is packaged with intention and elegance.

       Each garment is carefully tissue-wrapped to protect delicate fabrics, embroidery, and embellishments during transit.

       Orders are placed in sturdy, branded outer packaging designed to withstand the journey.

       A personalised packing note is included in every order — a small touch that reflects the care behind every piece we make.

       For gifting occasions, we offer optional gift packaging. Simply select this option at checkout or mention it in your order notes.

We are also committed to reducing unnecessary packaging waste. Our materials are selected with sustainability in mind wherever possible.

8. Delays, Disruptions & Circumstances Beyond Our Control

We do everything within our power to ensure timely delivery of every order. However, there are occasional circumstances beyond our control that may cause delays. These include:

       Extreme weather conditions or natural events affecting courier operations

       Public holidays, Eid or Ramadan peak periods affecting processing and transit times

       Customs clearance delays for international shipments

       Industrial action or disruptions affecting courier networks

       Incorrect or incomplete delivery addresses provided at checkout

       Security or access restrictions at the delivery address

In any of these cases, we will communicate with you as soon as we become aware of a potential delay. Your patience during such times is deeply appreciated.

9. Failed, Missed & Returned Deliveries

 Failed Delivery Attempts

If our courier partner attempts delivery and no one is available to receive the parcel, they will typically leave a notification card or send you a message with instructions to rearrange delivery or collect from a local depot. Please respond promptly to avoid the parcel being returned to us.

 Parcels Returned to Sender

If a parcel is returned to us due to a failed delivery, an incorrect address, refusal at the door, or failure to collect within the courier's holding period, the following will apply:

       We will contact you to confirm your address and arrange re-dispatch.

       A second shipping fee will be charged before the order is resent.

       If you no longer wish to receive the order, a refund for the product value (minus original and return shipping costs) will be issued as store credit.

 Lost or Stolen Parcels

In the rare event that a parcel shows as delivered but you have not received it, we ask that you:

Look in any safe spaces, with neighbours, or at a building reception where the courier may have left the parcel.

6.    Contact us within 48 hours

Get in touch with our customer care team with your order number and tracking details. We will open an investigation with the courier.

7.     Allow for investigation time

Courier investigations typically take 5–7 business days. We will keep you fully informed throughout the process.

If the parcel is confirmed as lost by the courier, we will offer you a full replacement or refund at no additional cost.

10. Shipping for Special Orders & Pre-Orders

From time to time, we offer pre-order items or limited-edition collections that require additional production time before dispatch.

       Pre-order items will clearly display their estimated dispatch date on the product page.

       If your order contains both in-stock and pre-order items, we will hold the entire order until all items are ready — unless you request a split shipment, which may incur additional shipping charges.

       Custom-made and personalised orders are dispatched within 7–14 business days of design confirmation, depending on the complexity of the piece.

       You will receive a specific dispatch notification for all pre-order and custom items once they are ready.

11. Shipping During Ramadan & Eid

Ramadan and Eid are our busiest and most beloved seasons — and we want to make sure your festive orders arrive in time for your celebrations.

We strongly recommend placing your Eid orders at least 2–3 weeks before Eid ul-Fitr or Eid ul-Adha to account for increased order volumes and potential courier slowdowns. While we do everything we can to meet festive deadlines, we cannot guarantee pre-Eid delivery for orders placed close to the holiday.

Follow us on Instagram and WhatsApp for Eid order cut-off date announcements each year. We always communicate these well in advance so you can shop with peace of mind.
