Where It All Began

My name is Aneeza, and I am a final-year university student who somehow also became a founder — though looking back, I do not think it happened by accident. It happened because I was searching for something that never quite existed the way I needed it to.

Like so many modest fashion lovers, I spent countless hours browsing through online stores, hopping between pages, bookmarking abayas that were either too plain or too impractical, never really designed for real women living real, full lives. I wanted something that felt elegant without being stuffy, modern without losing its soul, and feminine without compromising a single thread of my faith or identity.

One day, caught between assignments and a growing frustration with fast fashion's complete ignorance of modest wear, a quiet thought turned into a loud idea: What if I just build the brand I have always been looking for?

And so, Al Aneeza Abaya was born — not in a boardroom, but in a small corner of my university life, surrounded by notebooks, fabric swatches, and the kind of stubborn hope that only a determined woman can carry.

           I did not wait for the perfect abaya to find me. I created it.
