A Placing an order is simple! Browse our collection at alaneezaabaya.store, select your preferred abaya, choose your size and colour, and click 'Add to Cart'. Once you are ready, proceed to checkout, fill in your delivery details, and complete your payment. You will receive an order confirmation via email or WhatsApp shortly after.
Q Do I need to create an account to shop?
A No, you can check out as a guest! However, creating an account allows you to track your orders, save your favourite pieces, and enjoy a faster checkout experience the next time you shop with us.
Q Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?
A We process orders quickly to ensure fast delivery. If you need to make a change or cancellation, please contact us within 12 hours of placing your order via WhatsApp or email. Once an order has been dispatched, we are unable to modify or cancel it.
Q Is it safe to shop on your website?

Q What fabrics are your abayas made from?
A We carefully source premium-quality fabrics including nida, crepe, chiffon, georgette, and cotton blends — chosen for their drape, breathability, and durability. Each product listing includes the fabric details so you always know exactly what you are wearing.
Q Do your abayas look exactly as shown in the photos?
A We work hard to capture our abayas as accurately as possible. However, slight colour variations may occur due to screen settings and lighting. If you ever have concerns about a specific piece, feel free to ask us for additional photos before ordering.
Q Are your abayas suitable for all occasions?
A Yes! Our range covers everyday modest wear, office and university looks, wedding guest outfits, Eid celebrations, and formal events. Each collection is designed to move seamlessly between different occasions without compromising on elegance or modesty.

A We accept multiple secure payment methods including credit and debit cards, bank transfers, EasyPaisa, JazzCash, and Cash on Delivery (COD) for eligible areas within Pakistan. Payment options are displayed at checkout.
Q Are there any hidden charges or extra fees?
A Never. The price you see on the product page is the price you pay, plus applicable delivery charges that are clearly shown at checkout before you confirm your order. No surprises.
Q Do you offer any discounts or promotions?

Q Where do you deliver?
A We deliver across Pakistan, including Lahore, Karachi, Islamabad, Faisalabad, Rawalpindi, and all major cities and towns. We are also working on expanding our international shipping to serve our global modest fashion community stay tuned!
Q How long does delivery take?
A Standard delivery within Pakistan typically takes 3 to 7 business days depending on your location. Orders to major cities are usually faster. You will receive a tracking number once your order is dispatched so you can follow its journey.
Q How much does shipping cost?
A Shipping charges vary based on your location and order size and are calculated at checkout. We occasionally offer free shipping promotions on orders above a certain amount, so keep an eye out for those deals!
Q Can I track my order?
A Yes! Once your order is dispatched, we will send you a tracking number via email or WhatsApp. You can use this number to track your package in real time through our courier partner's website.
Q What if my order is delayed or lost in transit?
A If your order has not arrived within the expected delivery window, please contact us immediately via WhatsApp or email with your order number. We will investigate with our courier and resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
🔄 Returns, Exchanges & Refunds
Q What is your return and exchange policy?
A We want you to love every piece you receive. If you are not completely satisfied, we accept returns and exchanges within 7 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with all tags intact.
Q How do I initiate a return or exchange?
A Simply contact us via WhatsApp or email within 7 days of receiving your order. Share your order number, the item you wish to return, and the reason. Our team will guide you through the process and arrange a swift resolution.
Q What items are not eligible for return?
A For hygiene and quality reasons, items that have been worn, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery are not eligible for return. Sale items and customised pieces are also non-returnable unless they arrive with a manufacturing defect.
Q How long does a refund take?
A Once we receive and inspect your returned item, refunds are processed within 5 to 7 business days. Refunds are issued to your original payment method. Bank transfer refunds may take an additional 2 to 3 business days depending on your bank.
Q My item arrived damaged or defective what should I do?
A We are so sorry if this happened! Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damaged or defective item. We will prioritise your case and offer a free replacement or full refund — whichever you prefer.
